Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for a duration of 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

The following items are also non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Specific health and personal care items

To initiate a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances, if applicable:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
- Items not in their original condition or damaged, not due to our error
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company as there may be a processing delay. Sale items (if applicable):
Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, informing them of the return.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proper tracking.
